Location: Piney Branch ES field

Time: 9 am - 2 pm (Camp will be outdoor from 9-11am and indoor from 11-2pm)

*Athletes must bring cleats and indoor soccer shoes or sneakers for the gym

Ages: 7-13

Our Skills and Conditioning Camp is designed to help athletes master the fundamentals of ball control, while improving their speed, power and quickness. Athletes will learn new moves, techniques and exercises that will improve their technical abilities and increase their confidence in games.

Extras: Snack everyday, Lunch (Tuesday and Thursday), T-shirt and a chance to win a private training session with a Limitless Performance coach.
